At RelaxShesNatural, we strive to provide a professional, seamless, and enjoyable experience for every client. Please review our salon policies to ensure the best service for all. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • If you need to cancel, you have 7 days to reschedule your appointment. • If you do not reschedule within this timeframe, your payment will be forfeited, and you will need to book a new appointment. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Preparation for Your Appointment • Please arrive with your hair free of any styles and fully detangled, especially if you’ve recently taken down braids or a previous style. • Failure to do so may result in an additional detangling fee or cancellation of your appointment. • Prices are standard, but they may increase based on length, density, and detangling needs. No Extra Guests Policy • No children, spouses, friends, or additional guests are allowed in the salon. • Due to limited seating, privacy, and insurance regulations, any violation of this policy may result in appointment cancellation. Late Arrival Policy • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. • Example: If your appointment is at 10:30 AM, you must arrive by 10:40 AM. Arriving at 10:41 AM or later will require rescheduling. • Please contact the salon if you anticipate being late to avoid misunderstandings. Salon Cancellation / No-Show Policy • If you cancel, you have 14 days (2 weeks) to reschedule. • Failure to reschedule within this period will result in forfeiting your payment and requiring a new booking. • No refunds will be issued. Payment Policy • We accept PayPal/Cash/Venmo as a payment methods. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
