IN EVENT THAT YOU HAVE TO CANCEL, YOU HAVE 7 Days TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. ANYTIME AFTER WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT OF YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO THE SCHEDULING PROCESS OVER. NO REFUNDS Please come with your HAIR FREE of any STYLE & DETANGLED if you have recently taken down braids or a previous style. This will expedite your service, failing to do so will possibly increase your price or possibly forfeit your appointment. Prices are standard & they will increase based off length, density and detangle needs. NO KIDS OR EXTRA PEOPLE (no friends, spouse, children)! THIS IS DUE TO LIMITED SEATING, PRIVACY & INSURANCE REASONS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELLED. APPOINTMENTS HAVE A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD MEANING YOU CAN ONLY BE 10 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, ANY MINUTE LATER WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION. EX: If your appointment is at 10:30 am & you have until 10:40 to arrive, 10:41 you will have to reschedule.
